Chelsea has spent her career working with people to identify their goals and help match them with the appropriate services to set them up for long term success. She has worked with enterprise organizations such as Microsoft, Amazon, Starbucks and Disney as well as a variety of mid-size companies and start-ups. As a working parent, she has experienced the negative impact of the traditional model on her family and has fully embraced a more flexible schedule that supports everyone to deliver the necessary results in a way that works for them. She believes strongly that people can not only succeed but truly thrive when they are given flexibility, trust, and support to deliver on their commitments. Chelsea is passionate about creating an environment where everyone is welcome, diversity is prioritized and celebrated, and flexibility is central.

Jana has her Masters in Psychology and has been in the Professional Services and Staffing industry for over 15 years. She started as a tech recruiter which allowed her to understand the space and grow her passion for helping people. Jana transitioned into a Business Development role where she leveraged her tech experience to help clients find and retain top talent. Jana has worked with enterprise level clients such as Microsoft, T-Mobile, as well as many smaller companies. She thrives on building and fostering long term relationships on both the consultant and client side. Like Chelsea, Jana is a working mom with three young kids and is motivated to help others achieve their goals through a supportive working environment.
